For this week I'm providing you with one exercise challenge to complete each day:
Monday - Go for a walk
Tuesday - Hold a plank
Wednesday - Stretching or yoga
Thursday - Find a short workout video or try the free Menopause workout plan
Friday - Can you do 10 pushups? Elevated or from the knees counts
Saturday - How about a bike ride or a hike?
Sunday - rest day. You deserve it.
