Weekly exercise

Please note that starting an exercise program does pose some risks. Check with your physician to make sure it's OK for you to exercise.

In the main program, you'll get access to a growing library of workouts and an exercise library so you'll be able to check your form and get ideas for modifications.

You'll also find motivation to help you get started and choose the best exercises for you.

For this week I'm providing you with one exercise challenge to complete each day:

Monday - Go for a walk

Tuesday - Hold a plank 

Wednesday - Stretching or yoga

Thursday - Find a short workout video or try the free Menopause workout plan

Friday - Can you do 10 pushups? Elevated or from the knees counts

Saturday - How about a bike ride or a hike?

Sunday - rest day. You deserve it.
